Looking to save (or make) money buying Property, Cars, Boats, RV's, or
find huge savings, on Electronics, Jewelery, and Furniture
from Government Auto Auctions or Government Surplus Auctions, but want to AVOID SCAMS!
The good news is, you can! You can make (or
save) a LOT of money buying houses, seized properties, cars, trucks,
electronics, office automation, household equipment, and jewelry this way. And
there are Websites now that will show you EXACTLY how to buy
government surplus, tax sale properties, foreclosures, seized cars, and more up to 90% off -
yes, up to 90% off!
Now the bad news: AFTER you pay your
membership fee you find that many, if not most of these Websites
have old, incomplete, or even incorrect listings, so how do
you know where to go so you don't get scammed?
What we reviewed: We review membership sites
providing information and access to Police Auctions, Car Auctions, Government and Bank Foreclosure Auctions, Government Surplus Auctions, and 1000's of other merchandise.
See Bank Foreclosure Auctions Listings in:
Who we are: we are a small team of reviewers
headed by the former Program Manager from one of the largest
Government Auction and Police Auction sites.
How we tested: We actually signed up with the
18 most popular membership sites. Then we looked in
each category to check:
- Are there MANY LISTINGS or just a
few?
- Did they provide links to National, State, AND
LOCAL sources?
- Did they provide links to ONLINE AUCTIONS
as well as in-person auctions?
- Are the listings & links CURRENT, or
old?
- Are they updated FREQUENTLY?
- Were DIRECT CONTACT NAMES & NUMBERS
PROVIDED where appropriate?
- Did the sites CHARGE YOU ONLY ONCE, or
automatically renew and charge you?
- Was there additional VALUE ADDED
CONTENT?
We know every scam and trick in the book, because the head of our
team was the Business Development Manager for one of the largest
Auction Listing sites on the Web. (he no longer works there, and we
don't "favor" anyone). While working there, however, he also saw
many folks make small (and not so small!) fortunes with Real Estate,
and save tens of thousands on cars, trucks, trailers, and the like.
If thats what you're after, its out there at local Government and Police Auctions. Remember the Government doesn't want inventory of any kind and don't have a profit mandate like retail stores, so it's up to you to be informed and take advantage of this opportunity
Thats what this site is for: We have combed through almost every
one of the sites to find out which ones give you the best listings,
best information, and WONT RIP YOU OFF!
Ok, lets get started...
